Who is responsible
Edisson Fonseca, as an individual, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website (dualmy.com). You can reach us at hello@dualmy.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. Data you enter or process inside the Dualmy app is covered by the terms and notices of the app.
What data we handle
- Messages you send us. If you write to hello@dualmy.com, for example to request access, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or follow you across sites; it reports aggregate data such as the page visited, country, browser, device type and referring site.
- Your theme choice. Your light, dark or system choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
- Technical logs. GitHub, which hosts the site, may process technical data such as your IP address when it serves the pages, under its own policy.
What we use it for
To answer your messages and access requests, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your authorization
By writing to us you authorize us to process your data for these purposes, in line with Law 1581 of 2012 of Colombia and its regulations.
Who else receives data
We rely on service providers: Microsoft (email), Cloudflare (DNS and statistics) and GitHub (hosting). Some of them operate outside Colombia, so your data may be processed abroad. By writing to us you authorize this transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to answer you and while we have a relationship with you; after that we delete them. Aggregate statistics contain no personal data.
Your rights
As the data subject you can: know, update and rectify your data; request proof of your authorization; be told how your data has been used; revoke your authorization and ask for deletion when your rights are not respected; access your data free of charge; and file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio of Colombia (sic.gov.co).
How to exercise them
Write to hello@dualmy.com with your name and your request. We answer queries within 10 business days (extendable by up to 5) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by up to 8).
Minors
The site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
